Service and Event

The Service and Event group provides support with, among other things:

• Orders for access cards and keys
• Events such as public defences of doctoral theses, licentiate seminars, conferences and fairs
• Purchases of travel, catering, books, flowers, printed materials, IT products, licenses and more
• Local introduction of new employees
• Hourly employment and consulting agreements

Caretakers / technicans

All local issues and needs for internal services at the ABE School are registered in a case management system. It is therefore important that all cases are reported directly to the respective caretaker's function email address.
The ABE school caretakers/technicans can help with various local issues and other forms of internal service (for example moving furniture, ordering moving boxes, hanging pictures and notice boards, minor repairs, replacing light bulbs, ordering repair services, ordering containers and reporting property malformations).
