About the seminar
This seminar is directed to all researchers at KTH with interest in sustainable and healthy food systems, including (but not restricted to) sustainable food production, logistics and consumption, functional food products and health, and circular food processes towards zero waste.
During the seminar, we will present KTH FOOD and invite participants to enroll as KTH FOOD Faculty. KTH FOOD Faculty are researchers that are actively working with food systems research and/or are researching in areas that could be applied to food systems’ research. As a KTH FOOD Faculty you will be affiliated to the centre and can participate in joint research projects and funding applications, organise and participate in events and seminars, and other research and outreach activities at KTH. You will also be able to expand your network in food systems research and will be informed about all activities at KTH connected to sustainable and healthy food systems.
