The KTH bicentenary 2027 – what is being planned and how can you be a part of it
Since its founding in 1827, KTH, originally called the Technological Institute, has played an important role in the development of the Swedish society. As we approach the 200th anniversary, it's an opportunity to gather strength and draw inspiration from history to build a stronger institution for the future. The celebration will take place throughout the anniversary year 2027 and we can use the anniversary to showcase our research and education and the societal benefits KTH contributes to, in order to strengthen engagement and interest in KTH.

During the fall and winter the Jubilee Office has visited departments across KTH to present some of the planning and explain how we all can be involved with our bicentenary. For those of you that missed the information sessions, we here offer a digital presentation. The presentation will take about 30 minutes followed by time for questions and dialogue.
