The aim of the course is to give you the opportunity to develop your professional role as a teacher in higher education, which includes a scholarly and collegial approach to teaching and learning.

Course contents
The purpose of the course is to strengthen the role of a teacher in higher education in Sweden with an emphasis on increased understanding of how students learn and what can influence student learning.
Main themes for the course are:
- Student learning in higher education
- Types of instruction and the role of the teacher
- Planning of teaching and learning activities
The course also includes items around digitisation and diversity and inclusion in higher education.
