Lina Bertling Tjernberg

Lina Bertling Tjernberg  (Docent, Ph.D., MSc.) is a Professor in Power Grid Technology at KTH. Her research and teaching are focused on applying mathematics (e.g. statistics, optimization, life cycle assessment) for predicting and modeling reliability, and the impact of maintenance efforts for various electric power system applications.

The energy system is in a global transition, motivated by climate and energy goals and growth in energy needs. This seminar with introduce generic models for flexibility using BESS, EMs, and EVs for creating value for prosumers, grid operators, and many more actors. Specifically the presentation will present some recent published research, related to power system benefits of integration of Small Modular Reactors.

The first 40 attendees get a free lunch wrap! No registration, just show up at the appointed time.
