Navigating Academia: Empowering PhDs in Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at KTH
The PhD IMPACT project is an independent initiative from different branches of KTH staff (HR, Equality Office, professors and PhD students). Our goal is to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, creating safe spaces for open dialogues about the PhDs work-environment and gender-related matters.
