Treatment and interaction
We are, as you know, each other's work environment. Through your treatment and interaction, you can contribute to the general well-being at work. When we develop and improve treatment and interaction, we also promote and develop the cooperation between colleagues. We also develop the good dialogue at KTH.
HR works with treatment and interaction. In 2023, within the framework of the principal's prioritized work environment area, a pilot project in treatment and interaction was carried out. A number of appointed HR officers can lead group exercises to assist in developing and strengthening treatment and interaction within the work groups. You may also increase your understanding of how you can prevent occurrences of unwelcome behavior. Is it interesting for your work group? In that case, talk to your manager. The manager, in turn, is welcome to contact your appointed HR manager for a dialogue about how HR can assist in developing and improving treatment and interaction in your work group.
