Notify us if you have any secondary occupations
A secondary occupation is, in principle, any activity that an employee engages in—either temporarily or permanently—outside their main employment, and which does not fall under their private life. This may include holding an additional job, carrying out assignments, or running a business alongside regular duties.
Whether or not the secondary occupation provides financial compensation is irrelevant; however, no financial transactions may occur between the secondary activity and KTH. Please note that even additional work for your primary employer or another public authority may be considered a secondary occupation.
As a public sector employee, you are required to report any secondary occupations to your employer.
