Ladok certificates
As a doctoral student, you can generate your own
registration certificates from Ladok
.
This webpage can also be accessed through Services when logged in on kth.se, and then Certificates under Ladok for students.
Click Create certificate and select Registration certificate.
By selecting Registrations for a specific period, you can limit the information included in the certificate.
Study activity and funding can only be added if you choose All registrations ordered by programme (or equivalent).
Please note that the generated certificate is an original document. Its authenticity can be verified by the recipient using the information provided at the bottom of the certificate.
SSSB
SSSB accepts digitally issued registration certificates for housing applications. A signature and stamp are no longer required. As a doctoral student, you can generate a registration certificate yourself by following the instructions above.
Transcript of Records
Doctoral students can
generate certificates themselves from Ladok
.
