New routines for contract management
From now on, all agreements regarding research collaboration should be sent via the CBH School's contract coordinator, and not directly to the lawyers at the Civil Law and Contracts unit at KTH Research Support Office (RSO).
The contract coordinator is the first instance for the researcher and acts as a link between CBH and RSO when initiating a case that needs legal review or negotiation. The case is prepared at the school and the contract coordinator collects information and documents from the researcher before it is sent on to the lawyers for review. In this way, lawyers do not have to spend time gathering the necessary information over time, but can focus on the legal assessment, which enables a faster and more efficient handling process.
