New system for incident reporting at CBH

Published Jan 15, 2021

The CBH School is first to implement a new system for reporting incidents, risks and occupational injuries, the IA system. This will be taken into use on the first of February 2021.

To report incidents, risks or occupational injuries in the new system, you can, just as before, go to www.intra.kth.se/cbh/anmalan  or scan the QR code on the “Aj&Oj” posters that can be found around the CBH School's premises.

It is important that all types of incidents are reported to detect risks that could have led to accidents or occupational injuries. The purpose of the implementation is to make it more accessible for the rapporteur to correctly report risks, incidents and occupational injuries, which will lead to more individuals reporting incidents. The more that is reported, the better measures we can take in the work environment. This digitization will make it easier for managers, safety representatives and others who work in the system to follow up incidents, collect statistics and get a good overview of what is reported.

IA is an abbreviation for Information System on Work Environment. The IA system has been developed by Afa insurance to handle deviations in the work environment.
