Do not forget to take Christmas leave!

If you have not yet reported which days you will have a holiday this Christmas, it is high time. Fill in your days in the self-reporting system no later than 10 December, this only applies to people with the form method (blankettmetoden) for holidays.

If you want to have the whole day of but not use a vacation day on a half day, you need to check with your boss if you can take out flex. Enter holidays only on the days you are going to use vacation days.

14-18 Dec: Normal working week

21-22 Dec: Normal working days

Dec 23: Half working day

Dec 24-25: Free/red days

28-30 Dec: Normal working days

31 Dec-1 Jan: Free/red day

4 Jan: Normal working day

5 Jan: Half working day

6 Jan: Free/red day

7-8 Jan: Regular working days

Holiday reporting for 2020

As soon as possible, however, no later than 15 December, all holidays relating to 2020 must be reported in the Self-Report system and approved by your manager. Please note that holidays reported for 2021 will only be visible in the self-report system and on the salary specification after the holiday adjustment are made at the end of January.

The holiday supplement for those who have a standard vacation is paid in connection with the December salary.

Last day for wellness promotion subsidy 2020

The last day to send in receipts for the wellness promotion subsidy for 2020 is 31 December. The receipts that Benify receives after that date will instead be registered on the subsidy for 2021.
