New access cards

As KTH have installed door handle readers, employees must get a new access card and during a transitional period both the new and the old access cards will have to be used.
CBH-employees must collect their new cards before the 31st of March, see below for specific instructions regarding your campus. The new cards will have a picture of the user, this applies to all locations. If you have a new access card – starting with number 10, 11 or 12 – you do not need to change it.
- AlbaNova: Go to KTH-Entré to collect your new access card.
- Flemingsberg: Information will be sent out when a card printer has been installed. Employees who will be at Valhallavägen or AlbaNova are encouraged to visit KTH-Entré to get a new access card as soon as possible.
- Valhallavägen: Go to KTH-Entré to collect a new access card. Emplyees at Teknikringen 26-36 are encouraged to get the new card as soon as possible, as the new card solves the problems we have had with the key fobs for the door readers.
- SciLifeLab: For those who has an access card to another campus than SciLifeLab a new access card must be signed out at KTH-Entré
- MTH Solna: For those who has an access card to another campus a new access card must be signed out at KTH-Entré, or in Flemingsberg when the card printer is installed.
The system update is planned to be done before the 30th of June. After that, only the new card will be needed and the old cards will stop working.
