Ove Strind has recently started working as Deputy HR Manager at the CBH School after several years at both the ABE and SCI schools.

How does it feel to start working at the CBH?

“It feels both exciting, fun and challenging to be able to support the CBH School's managers and employees in research and education. I have already joined the HR group and I am really looking forward to continuing on our joint journey. There are fantastic opportunities and inspiring colleagues in both the support and core operations,” says Ove Strind.

What did you do before?

“I have worked with HR at KTH since 2014, first at the ABE School and most recently at the SCI School, but I also have previous experience from Karolinska Institutet and the Swedish Work Environment Authority. I have mostly worked in a partner role to support both managers and employees in the field of employment law.”

What do you work with at CBH?

“I step in as Deputy HR manager, with my permanent address at Teknikringen 42, Valhallavägen. You will probably see me a lot on other campus areas as well and my ambition is to sit at SciLifeLab about one day a week.”

In what questions can you be approached?

“I want you to be able to come to me with all kinds of questions in the field of employment law, and all questions are really welcome - both large and small. I will work a lot with managerial support, work environment and rehabilitation, but also be a close support to Lena (HR manager) and to other colleagues within the HR group.”
