Process description: industrial doctoral student agreements

Here you will find a step by step guide to the industrial doctoral student agreements.

  1. The supervisor obtains the industrial doctoral student agreement template from the contract coordinator.
  2. The supervisor and the company fill out the marked fields in the template and return the digital draft to the contract coordinator.
  3. The contract coordinator checks that the draft does not deviate from the template.
  4. The head of school, the company, and the doctoral student sign 3 sets of the agreement.
