School confirmation and Researcher Agreement
Here you will find the school confirmation form and the research agreements for the project responsible researcher and the participating researcher.
School confirmation
The school's confirmation should be obtained at an early stage to ensure that the head of department and the head of school approve the project. First anchor the project with the head of department and then fill and send this form RSO school confirmation 2020 (pdf 1.4 MB) to the contract coordinator.
Researcher Agreement
When participating in research projects where KTH may grant use rights to other project partners, each participating researcher must sign a researcher agreement. The PI is responsible to ensure that every researcher in the project signs such an agreement.
Agreement responsible researcher – is signed by the responsible researcher and the head of school.
Agreement participating researcher – is signed by the other KTH researchers participating in the project (including PhD students or postdocs).
In short, the researcher agreement:
- means that KTH will have the right to use the researcher's IP so that KTH can fulfill its obligations under the project agreement
- undertakes the researcher to act so that KTH can fulfill its obligations under the project agreement in other respects as well
- gives KTH the right to use the research results from the project for further non-commercial research
- informs about any dual roles or conflicts of interest in relation to the project
Send both the school's confirmation and the researcher agreements to the contract coordinator who will arrange the head of school’s signature.
