For employees including scholarship holders, HR initiated an order to Service, that ensures the access card is available for collection as stated below, on the first day of employment.
Where to collect your access card
Depending on which institution you are employed in, the access cards have certain limited access areas by default. If there is a need for extended access to other campuses or specific corridors, the nearest manager or supervisor can send an request for the desired area to email@example.com for ordering. Please state desired areas or campus, start date and end date.
Access cards for non-employees
If you need access for e.g. a guest, service technichian, masterstudent, you as a manager or supervisor are welcome to fill out the form below.
