Rehabilitation
At KTH, we work actively to ensure that employees who have had a reduction in physical or mental performance will rebuild optimal functioning taking the business requirements and to the persons work ability into account.
If an employee needs a rehabilitation meeting, the school's contact persons can participate to help giving the meeting structure and with documenting.
