EIT RawMaterials has opened its annual call for proposals. The call is bottom up - it’s about your idea. The core concept is that your proposal contributes to innovation in mining, metals and minerals processing, steel and powder metal production, minerals and metals use, recycling or substitution.

Eligible proposals

Eligible proposals are:

  1. compatible with Horizon2020; and,
  2. involve at least 2 other countries and partners in the EIT RawMaterials 120 strong partner-network.

If you have:

  • An innovation that you want to get to the market, see the Upscaling call
  • An idea to develop either PhD or Masters education, Continuing Professional
  • Development or outreach, see the Learning & Education call
  • A concept to transfer knowledge and build capacity in the Baltic States, Southern and South Eastern Europe, see the RIS call
  • A plan to develop closer collaboration with mineral rich countries such as Australia, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, see the Internationalisation call
  • A solution to shape circular cities or e-mobility, see the Lighthouse call

  • 11 Jan 2019 13:00 CET Deadline. Submit outline to the SeedBook portal
  • 15 Jan Proposers Day, Stockholm. Hear how to submit a successful proposal and get personal advice from experts Register here for Proposers Day
  • 15 Feb 13:00 CET Deadline for full submission to the SeedBook portal
  • Summer Applicants informed about funding decisions
  • 1 Jan 2020 Earliest project start
