Materials Platform internal call
The KTH Materials Platform supports activities aimed at increasing the chance of success for KTH researchers in competitive calls for funding. During the last four years, the platform has supported several multidisciplinary activities, such as workshops and seminar series, creating new opportunities and contacts for KTH materials scientists. Typical grants do not exceed SEK 50,000. Activities must include participants from at least two KTH schools. Application deadline 27 May 2024.
About the call
The Materials Platform announces an opportunity to apply for financial support for activities intended for increased competitiveness of proposals from KTH research groups.
During the last four years the platform has supported a number of multidisciplinary activities, such as workshops and seminar series, creating new opportunities and contacts for KTH materials scientists. The platform does not fund consumables. Typical grants do not exceed SEK 50,000. Activities must include participants from at least two KTH schools.

Other financial support by KTH Materials Platform
Travel support to large scale infrastructures and other unique instrumentation in order to facilitate better use of approved beamtimes at large scale infrastructures of high interests to KTH Material Research (e.g. MAX IV, ESS, Petra III, or XFEL).
