KTH e-mail on Android - Microsoft Outlook

Quick reference guide on how to add your KTH email to Microsoft Outlook on an Android phone

Make sure the Outlook app is installed on your phone. Otherwise, you can download it from Google Play.

1. Start the app and click on "Add Account"
2. Enter your e-mail address yourusername@kth.se and click on "Continue"
3. Fill the rest of the fields as follows:
   Password: Your KTH Account password
   Description (optional): KTH
   Server: webmail.kth.se
   Domain: ug.kth.se
   Username: your KTH username without @kth.se
   Click on the done sign in the upper right corner.
4. In the next step, the question will be asked "Would you like to add another account?", Choose "Add" and after that your e-mail is set up.
5. In the last step, you can choose to turn on notifications.

Alternative methods 

If it do not work to connect in the first way, we have two other solutions where one of them should work instead.

Method 1

1. Start the app and click on "Add Account"
2. Enter your e-mail address yourusername@ug.kth.se (please note @ug.kth.se) and click on "Continue"

Proceed and follow the subsequent steps from the original instructions.

 Method 2

1. Start the app and click on "Add Account"
2. Enter your e-mail address yourusername@kth.se and click on "Continue"
3. Fill the rest of the fields as follows:
   Password: Your KTH Account password
   Description (optional): KTH
   Server: webmail.kth.se
   Domain:  do not enter any information here, leave it blanc
   Username: ug\your KTH username without @kth.se
   Click on the done sign in the upper right corner.

Proceed and follow the subsequent steps from the original instructions.
