Known problems

Here you can read about known problems with Adobe programs in KTH's computer rooms, which you as a student can experience when using the Adobe programs.

Error "Access denied"

This means that the student has not been granted a license for Adobe. The reason is that the student is not registered for any course or program at KTH.

You cannot log in to Adobe applications with the Sign in button

Sign in must always be done first through the Adobe Creative Cloud app. The Sign in button is not usable.

Can't log in when I have started Adobe Photoshop or other Adobe software

You will have to quit and close all Adobe programs that you have started including the Adobe CC app.

Once done, start the Adobe CC app by selecting it from the start menu and then sign in.
