- sign and follow up on common license agreements.
- ensure that the businesses comply with the licensing requirements of software vendors in the best possible way.
- Licensed software and licensing information is available to all users at KTH
- provide the software covered by universities' agreements to license managers and IT technicians as well as students and other employees through a software download service.
- maintain records of licensees including account management.
- maintain records of the installed software for which the joint licensing business is responsible.
