Storage your contacts
Connect your most internal extension you call to, example 6600, Name IT SUPPORT
To person who travel abroad, connect the internal extension like this, +46-8-7906600.
External number should save in international format.
Text message - SMS
Text message sends with the whole number, like this 0701234567 alternative +46701234567.
If someone sends an SMS to you, they must send it to your mobile number, not the extension number.
See consumption
To easily have an overview of your mobile surfing, SMS and call usage and buy "extra data" yourself.
It is possible to see its usage of data and other traffic on your mobile phone through an app or SMS, and also buy extra data or roaming data with your own card.
To easily view the usage of data, SMS and call usage, you can download an app called Tele2 Work in your App Store.
Open the app and create an account, then associate the desired mobile number with your account, such as your MEXmobile number, mobile broadband number.

Another option to see current data usage is to send a text message to 243 with the text Saldo, you will recieve a text message from Tele2 with datapackage you have and the usage you have right now.
Here you will find if you want to park/transfer an ongoing call to another person, make a transfer, group call.
You can park/connected ongoing calls to another person, relocation, group calls.
Transfer call
Ungoing call: * *, tone, phone number, hang up.
NOTE! To dial external call, use access code for outgoing call (00) and phone number.
Inquiry / Alternating between calls
During current call it is possible to park the call and make an inquiry to e.g. another extension. Then you can alternate between the two calls.

During current call it is possible to add another call (up to 8 participants)

Answering a second call (when hearing call waiting tone).
There are two alternatives:

Alternate between the calls with *
Redial if busy
If you call an internal extension that is busy, you can activate the redial function, which automatically connects the call when the busy extension ends the first call.
If a person is occupied in calls, you can redial that extension.
