The Management Office at the ITM School consists of Operations Controllers, a School Controller, Education Controller, Handling Officer for teacher employment and a Head of unit.

Operations controllers
The Operations controllers are responsible for the administrative side of, and certain infrastructure matters at, their department. They also have the overall responsibility for their department’s finances and budget, follow-ups, forecasts and purchases. The Operations controllers' tasks include, among other things, HR related matters, operations planning and quality related work, participating in the management team and other decision units.
