When you as an employee are going to travel, you need to arrange things both before departure and after returning home.
Until 31 March, 2025: As an employee, you should mainly book your trip (train, flight, bus, hotel) via Egencia:
- Online via KTH-RES Egencia online booking or
- Egencia personal service customer_service@egencia.se or
