When you as an employee are going to travel, you need to arrange things both before departure and after returning home.
As an employee, you should mainly book your trip (train, flight, bus, hotel) via Egencia:
- Online via KTH-RES Egencia online booking or
- Egencia personal service customer_service@egencia.se or
- Egencia app
