KTH has adjusted the guidelines for meetings and business travel with a strong emphasis on the environment and costs. Some important news:
Travel-free meetings must always be taken into account.
For journeys under 500 km, trains must always be chosen.
Local journeys must primarily be made by public transport.
Taxis and rental cars must be used sparingly.
Meeting times must be planned taking into account participants who travel by train or public transport.
Travel must also take place at the lowest possible total cost.
Procured suppliers must be used for booking trips.
