Reporting matters to PAN or SAN
A report of a matter to PAN or SAN is made in a special order. Individuals cannot report a matter to PAN or SAN, but this is done after the manager has consulted with HR. It is the vice-chancellor who makes the decision to raise a matter in PAN or to send a report from KTH to SAN.
