E-learning support during Christmas, New Year and the start of the semester 2024
During Christmas and New Year, you can email E-learning as usual; our response times are normal. In connection with the start of the semester in January, we hold two workshops and two drop-ins. We also remind you of the new handling of KTH Digicertus Exam orders.
E-learning staffing during the holidays
During Christmas and New Year, we have regular response times when you send an email to e-learning@kth.se . This means that we will respond within two working days. It may take longer to solve specific questions if the person who has knowledge about a certain question is free. This mainly applies to the period 21/12 through 5/1 (2024).
Prepare for the new semester with workshops and drop-ins
We already want to advise you about E-learning workshops and drop-ins in January:
