E-learning: Information before summer and the start of the semester
During the summer you can email E-learning as usual, but the possibilities for handling locked examinations in computer rooms (KTH Digicertus Exam) are limited. Before the start of the semester, we hold two workshops and six drop-in sessions. In addition, our calendar is updated with the activities we are planning during the autumn semester 2023.
E-learning staffing during the summer
During the summer, we have normal response times when you send an email to e-learning@kth.se , which means that we respond within 2 working days. However, it may take longer to get a solution to some cases. This mainly applies to the period from June 26 to August 4.
Limitations regarding ordering locked computer rooms (KTH Digicertus Exam)
Between July 3 and August 4, we cannot handle any KTH Digicertus Exam orders. Order in June if you wish to have examination with locked computers during this period. For the re-examination period in August, orders must be placed no later than August 7.

If you have questions before the start of the semester, you are welcome at some of our drop-in sessions. You are welcome to join no regardless if you are new to Canvas or have more advanced questions.
