Before the exam

Before the exam, the exam wording must be submitted for printing in the correct format and with all important associated information. Here, you will also find information about, among other things, Funka students, placement of students and contact details in the event of any complications.

The exam wording is submitted for printing to ExAdm

  • Over 500 registered - no later than five working days before the exam
  • 1-500 registered - no later than three working days before the exam

Alternatively, the examiner/course coordinator can choose to take care of copying and delivering printed exam wording directly to the writing rooms on the day of the exam. Examination Administration must be notified of this according to the deadline above.

The examination wording is submitted to ExAdm in the following format

  1. KTH OneDrive (pdf format) according to the instructions under Cloud service for exam wording
  2. USB stick (pdf format) delivered to Drottning Kristinas väg 4-6.
  3. Printed paper delivered to Drottning Kristinas väg 4-6.

Information about special handling of the printing, printing on different coloured paper, double-sided or not, the printing of formula collections or other things must be communicated with an additional document attached with the exam wording.

The following information must be included in the exam wording

  • Course code and course name
  • Date
  • Writing time for the exam
  • Allowed aids
  • Examiner (Name and telephone)

We do not recommend exam wordings where students answer directly on paper when the exam has several pages and/or is stapled. This is because the scanner machines cannot scan stapled paper. A better alternative is then a separate response form.

Teacher on duty/responsible teacher

Report via this form:

Teacher on duty  (only in Swedish)

This together with other important information that the invigilators may need on the day of writing.

Tenta Funka

The Funka students' written tests are also handled under our organisation. If you have specific questions about handling, getting in touch is fine.

Placement of students

Viewed via a shared document. Contact Examination Administration if you are missing this link.
