Collegial network meeting: How do you make a Canvas course room accessible?

Come and talk to other teachers and us at E-learning about how to make a course room accessible and what you as a teacher need to do in order to reach that goal. Get inspiration from other teachers and share your experiences. The collegial network meeting is an open forum, and it's the participants who decide what, in relation to accessibility, they want to talk about.

Extended support during the end of August

During week 33 and 34 (16th of August to 27th of August) E-learning extends their support of teachers, assistants and administrators. The extended support includes many different activites, such as the one described on this page.

Meet colleagues and exchange experiences

Collegial network meeting is a new concept for E-learning, which is intended to be an open forum for teachers similar to the group discussions during the Storträff and the open network meetings.

At the collegial network meeting, you as a teacher will be able to discuss a predetermined topic in small groups with other teachers, and then summarize what you have come up with together with all the groups in the end.

Today's theme: accessibility in course rooms

It is important that all students can take part of the course material without any major obstructions, but how is that achieved in practice? What needs to be done in a course room in Canvas to reach the legal requirements and to benefit the students?

Hopefully you can get new perspectives and ideas from other teachers on today's topic, and share your ideas and experiences.
