More choices for exam dates when transferring from Canvas to Ladok
KTH Transfer to Ladok has simplified the grade reporting process for several years by enabling the transfer of grades in Canvas directly to Ladok. Now E-learning has updated the function to make it easier to select examination dates.
Previously, the teacher had to choose a date for all students when transferring, but now there are two new ways to choose a date:
- The date of the examination, if it is an examination room.
- The date when the student has made the submission.
The previous way, choosing your own date, is still available.
Date of the examination (examination room)
For grades transferred from the examination room, it is likely that the examination date is the same date as the examination room. With this change, you do not need to go in and select the date yourself and risk errors, but you only need to select the date to be used.
Date when the student has made the submission
When the grade to be transferred is for an Assignment in Canvas, you can choose to use the date when the students submitted it as the examination date. This makes it easy to set the examination date to when the examination actually took place.
