Request a Schedule

The schedule request form constitutes your schedule order in which you specify the activities of your course.
A new form for schedule documentation is to be used for courses given in the autumn semester of 2024 onwards. The new system that will be used is TimeEdit Preferences, and the work with moving the schedule documentation is now about to begin.

The new system for schedule documentation is now being implemented

KTH s now implementing a new form for schedule documentation. TimeEdit (TE), developer of the scheduling system, has developed a module for managing schedule documentation, TE Preferences.

Starting in November, University Administration will start to manually move the schedule documentation from HT23 (found in Kopps) into TE Preferences. Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically copy these documents from Kopps.

The information entered in TE Preferences will then be copied in December, and constitute draft schedule documentation for HT24. The drafts for HT24 will then be handled in accordance with each school's routines for scheduling. Prior to this work, instructions will be published, and support opportunities via Zoom and on-site will be offered.
