When the schedule has been released, Tentafunka begins its planning of shift staffing and booking of premises for the subsequent semester's examination sessions.

The invigilators that are hired hold, except from a basic education for invigilators, an additional course for implementation by Tentafunka and other for the situation relevant courses.
