Impact Committee

The Faculty Board's Impact Committee consists of one board member and three representatives from the faculty, one of whom is the impact leader. External members of the committee may be co-opted to the committee and, if necessary, other members and persons, such as student representatives, may also be co-opted. The Faculty Board appoints the committee's chair and members for a term of office of one year.

The Impact Committee meets before each Faculty Board meeting or when necessary. The committee constitutes a reference group for the impact leader. The committee shall also prepare the Faculty Board's deliberations on issues related to impact. The committee cannot make decisions on the mandate of the Faculty Board.
