Remember to register and attest your grades in Ladok before the end of the year

Do not forget to attest grades in the system before the end of the year! Grading components from the period January - November 2023 must be registered and attested in Ladok no later than 31 December 2023 in order for us not to lose revenue. The same date applies to course registrations for courses completed in 2023.

Important dates for reporting in Ladok

To generate GRU allocation, the following applies to course registration and reporting of results in Ladok:

  • Results (HPR) with examination dates Januari - November 2023 must be reported and attested in Ladok by 31 December 2023
  • Results (HPR) with examination dates December 2023 must be reported and attested by 31 January 2024 
  • All course registrations (HST) belonging to 2023 must also be registered in Ladok by 31 December 2023
