Lunch seminar on inclusive leadership
What does inclusive leadership mean and how can we achieve it together at KTH? KTH Professor Andrea Eriksson (division of ergonomics, CBH) will draw on research to discuss the concept of inclusion in a broad framework of health-promoting leadership and a psychosocial safety climate.
As part of KTH's work on gender equality, diversity, and equal opportunities (JML), all KTH schools are jointly organizing a series of lunch seminars in 2025. CBH is hosting the next session, which will be held on 20 November from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
KTH has participated in a survey that tracks how university teaching is valued in academic careers. The survey is led by Dr. Ruth Graham, who will present the results and engage in a dialogue on how KTH can further improve in acknowledging teaching proficiency and further develop our education.
Quality in education, doctoral studies and research
Quality issues took up a large part of the Faculty Board's meeting on 2 October. But impact work was also given space. And the board's working method provides room for the important strategic discussions.

The ABE school’s project administrators guide and support researchers with the administration of research projects. When agreements need to be drawn up, the project administrators help with documentation etc. researchproject@abe.kth.se

Safety and security at KTH
We have a shared responsibility for a safer workplace. Safety and Security at KTH provides you with checklists on acting if there is an accident or other serious incident at KTH.
The Head of School has overall responsibility for crisis support for employees and students at ABE. Most crisis situations are handled at the ABE school locally by management and HR staff. In major crisis situations, KTH's central key support functions are also available.
