Travel and reimbursement
KTH introduces a new system for expenses and travel reimbursement
On 2 February, KTH-RES will be replaced by the new system, KTH-Expense (Hogia). The new system will simplify and streamline the handling of expenses, mileage, and travel allowances. At the same time, travel requests will be removed and replaced by a dialogue between the employee and their manager.
Prior to the system change
Complete any ongoing expense reports from 2025, preferably before the end of the year.
Address returned reports.
If needed, download and save approved travel requests and expense reports.
