Photo opportunity on 13 February
In 2026 the ABE Schools employees, including the university administration, will be offered several photo opportunities. The first occasion will be on Friday 13 February.
Nominate new partnership director for Region Stockholm
If you want to develop the collaboration between KTH and Region Stockholm, the role of partnership director may be for you. The assignment is open to employees at the ABE School and will be a two-year appointment. The school will fund the assignment at 20 percent of full-time.
New system for expenses, mileage, and travel allowances
The new KTH-Expense system is now in place for registering expenses, mileage, and travel allowances. Access training sessions, support and user guides.
Three recruitment procedures initiated and nominating committee on its way
The first faculty board meeting of the year included, among other things, three recruitment cases and a discussion on how the nominating committee for the faculty board should be established. The committee is also tasked with proposing candidates for the positions of head of school and deputy head of school for the president’s decision.

Safety and security at KTH
We have a shared responsibility for a safer workplace. Safety and Security at KTH provides you with checklists on acting if there is an accident or other serious incident at KTH.
The Head of School has overall responsibility for crisis support for employees and students at ABE. Most crisis situations are handled at the ABE school locally by management and HR staff. In major crisis situations, KTH's central key support functions are also available.
