At the faculty board’s second meeting of the year, decisions were made regarding new recruitment procedures, a new nominating committee, and a suggested new master’s programme was presented.
Nominate the ABE School's new heads of department, by 31 March
The nomination period is now open for five head of department positions at the ABE School. If you belong to any of the departments of Architecture, Civil and Architectural Engineering, Philosophy and History, Real Estate and Construction Management, Urban Planning and Environment, or Sustainable Development, Environmental Science and Engineering (SEED), you can submit your nomination directly via the link below.
Extended nomination period: Nominate new partnership director for Region Stockholm by 11 March
If you want to develop the collaboration between KTH and Region Stockholm, the role of partnership director may be for you. The assignment is open to employees at the ABE School and will be a two-year appointment. The school will fund the assignment at 20 percent of full-time.
The new KTH-Expense system is now in place for registering expenses, mileage, and travel allowances. Log in to KTH-Expense and access manuals and support.
Report environmental suggestions, incidents or deviations
Have you stumbled across something at KTH that is harmful for the environment or do you have suggestions for how we can improve KTH's environmental work?
Service and Event handles orders for catering and access cards, among other things, and provides support for defenses and similar events. service-abe@kth.se
Teacher Support assists ABE teachers regarding courses at undergraduate and advanced levels. lararstod-abe@kth.se
The school's Doctoral studies administrative support assists doctoral students, main supervisors, teachers, and program coordinators. doctoral-studies-abe@kth.se
The ABE school’s project administrators guide and support researchers with the administration of research projects. When agreements need to be drawn up, the project administrators help with documentation etc. researchproject@abe.kth.se
