How can KTH become more agile and efficient in updating its educational offering without creating new programmes? This is what the KTH-wide development project “E-mobility as a transversal Master’s profile” has investigated. Project manager Mikael Nybacka and Mats Leksell fika chat about the project work and its results with podcast host Marcus Lithander and co-host Anna Jerbrant, who is the Programme Manager of the change programme ‘Future Education at KTH’.
A KTH-wide project within the Future Education programme
The e-mobility project began in 2024 and was recently completed. The project team has produced a final report setting out lessons learnt and recommendations on how KTH could offer more flexible educational offerings without launching new programmes.
Mikael Nybacka held several roles within the project. He led all the working groups (WG). He was himself an active participant in WG2 Structure, packaging and communication and WG4 Implementation within KTH’s web structure.
Mats Leksell worked primarily in WG1 Mapping of courses.
