Content tab with blocks
When you create or open up a standard article template the default tab shows the article content in two columns.
In the left column you set the title, the lead text and within the body area the main content. Format the text in the body area with the options in the lower part of the toolbar above the field.
Blocks
To create links, upload images and attachments, et. c., you create blocks.
When you create or open up a block you get a block template filling the Work space. The block is inserted in to the template where it was created but can also be moved between and within articles and departments.
To create a block, e. g. a link, in the body area place the cursor in the field and choose the right block type from the upper part of the toolbar.
When you have specified the required information in the block template, in the link case specified a web or e-mail address, click the “Save & View” button. You return to the article template where your block is inserted.
To edit, move or copy the block right click it and choose option from the pop-up menu.

Additional content
In the bottom part of the standard article default tab you can also create blocks. In this case from a content selector. The blocks created in this part are considered as complements to the article and are shown in the bottom of the public web page.
You can move blocks between content lists and the body area with the copy/paste method:
Open the block template and click the copy icon at the upper right (also shown for each item in content lists).
To paste the block in to a body area click the paste icon in the upper left of the toolbar. To paste the block in to another content list use the paste icon shown above the list (template must be in edit move).
Don't forget to save templates before closing!
