FAQ - New interface

When will the new interface be launched?

It will be launched on May 25th 2026. For a period of time, it will be possible to switch to the old interface, as some functions have not yet been transferred to the new one.
The new interface will be available for testing from May 20th. To access it, select “New Self‑reporting” under the Self‑reporting tab.

Why is a new interface being introduced?

This is a more modern interface that is easier to navigate and meets accessibility requirements. It also includes a mobile‑friendly version.
This makes the interface better suited to our needs, as many users want to easily access Self‑reporting via mobile devices.

Which browsers support the new interface?

If you access it via KTH‑HR, the new interface works in Edge and Chrome.
It does not work in Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.

If you access it via a direct link , the new interface works in all browsers.

Will there be information sessions or system demonstrations?

We will hold open Zoom sessions where participants can join, ask questions, and receive support.

Will there be user manuals?

Yes, manuals will be available in both Swedish and English, for both web and mobile.

Will the system be available in English?

Yes, the new interface is available in English via the direct link -  https://kth.medvind.visma.com/MvEmployee

Will there be an app?

There will be no app. However, there will be a mobile‑friendly version that can be saved as a bookmark on your mobile device.

If I register something in one interface, will it be visible in the other?

Yes. If you register something in the old interface, it will be visible in the new one, and vice versa.
