Salary deadlines

Dates and deadlines for submitting of material and the closing times for salary payments in the HR-plus system

KTH-HR is an ongoing project

The work of implementing KTH's new payroll system, KTH-HR, is ongoing and will continue in project form until at least the summer. HR is continually receiving feedback and works to improve and further develop the system.

The project team receives many questions, which can lead to longer response times. Here you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions.

January Salary Payment
*** The employee continuously applies for time off, reports absence and time, and the manager approves continuously
2-7 Employee must report and certify the month before, i.e.
December, at the latest
8-9 Manager must finanlize the month before, i.e.December
13 Last day to certify KTH-RES
14 HR and payroll can handle approved material until 16.30
or processing in the salary payment, for example

February Salary Payment
