Network for Research Project Management
The Research Project Management Network that has been running for a few years is now opening up to everyone who leads or coordinates major, primarily international (e.g. EU funded) research projects. You may be the PI for such a project, the research project manager, or part of the research support working closely with coordination and reporting. The aim is to create a forum for exchanging experience on research project management (RPM) issues, strengthening each other and improving the projects we are involved in or running.
Time: Tue 2026-01-27 14.00 - 15.00
Location: Teknikringen 1, Arabella

The plan is to arrange one general meeting per term for all members of the network, complemented by a mix of virtual and on campus meetings with specific themes.
Theme for the first meeting: “Reporting in large international research projects”
We will focus on practical aspects of reporting in major, primarily EU funded, projects – such as timelines, internal routines, division of responsibilities between PI and RPM, and how to handle reporting from a project management perspective. The meeting will not focus on accounting or bookkeeping routines, but on reporting as part of leading and coordinating research projects.
You are warmly invited to the first network meeting on Tuesday, 27 January, 14:00–15:00, in room Arabella, Teknikringen 1.
