If you are a researcher at KTH, you now have the opportunity to sign up for a tour on AI technology with Riksteatern in the spring of 2027. The project represents a new model for knowledge dissemination and social dialogue and is part of KTH's 200th anniversary celebrations.

KTH has been invited by Riksteatern to take part in the interactive performance AI.DENTITY. The performance combines AI technology with active audience participation and is complemented by KTH researchers who share their expertise and answer questions. By engaging in direct dialogue, the audience becomes co-creators of a unique experience.

Countering disinformation and creating dialogue

The aim is to counter disinformation, reduce fear about the future, and create inclusive dialogue across different social groups. The project has already engaged over 100,000 people and is built on a proven technical platform.

As part of KTH’s 200th anniversary, this project represents a new model for sharing knowledge and engaging in societal dialogue. By decentralizing not only the performing arts but also scientific knowledge, it opens up new opportunities for inclusive conversations about our shared future.

30 performances are planned

The tour will include around 30 performances across Sweden during spring 2027. KTH’s contribution is researchers who can take part for 1–3 days. Travel and accommodation will be covered by KTH, and Riksteatern will handle all logistics.

Please note: you do not need to be an “AI researcher” to participate. Your research may be in many different fields where AI is integrated – and of course, the ethical dimension is also highly relevant.

Please confirm your interest no later than October 15, 2025 by emailing Christina Murray .

If you have already confirmed your interest, thank you and you do not need to do so again.

Without a sufficient number of interested participants, KTH will not be able to carry out the project.
