Annex 4 to Collaboration for development at KTH
The parties agree that it is crucial that all employees have the opportunity to participate in the collaboration work.
As this is particularly problematic for employees who are externally funded, a reduction in working hours shall be afforded, to be determined in consultation between the parties in School Collaboration Groups and Local Collaboration Groups.
The reduction shall correspond to the time demanded by the assignment, with regard to:
- meeting time
- preparation time
- contact with members
- contact with the party one represents
The cost is charged to the level of the organisation at which the collaboration takes place, and the cost should include payroll costs, payroll cost surcharges (lönekostnadspåslag, LKP) and any overhead costs (OH).
