Amelie about KTH's annual report
Head of School Amelie Eriksson Karlström writes about KTH's annual report for 2023.
KTH's annual report for 2023 has now been published and is available for download in digital form on the intranet. The annual report contains a huge amount of information about all the work done at KTH and it is almost 90 pages long. I can highly recommend anyone who is interested in learning more about KTH to take a look at the report!
In the chapter on education, you can read about everything from how many people have started on our various education programmes and which LL courses have been most popular, to which countries we have had the most student exchanges with and how many doctoral degrees we have had during the year. In the chapter on research, you can read about who KTH's most important research financiers are, in which subject areas we have newly appointed or promoted professors, how large the total publication volume is, and in which strategic research areas we are active.
Another extensive chapter deals with personnel aspects and includes, for example, information on how many full-time equivalents there are in different personnel categories. The largest personnel category is doctoral students, which is perhaps not surprising for a research university like KTH. There are also chapters on collaboration, digitalisation, JML, environment and sustainable development, quality work, finances, etc. If you like statistics, the annual report is a must read!
