Madeleine Sidoli is new to the CBH School's infrastructure group. She works together with both the infrastructure and service group, currently mainly as head of department support and management support. She has previously worked for SCI, but during the spring she will transfer completely to the CBH School.

“It feels very exciting to get acquainted with a new part of KTH. During the autumn, I worked part-time as management support at CBH and have thus already got acquainted with some parts of both the core business and business support.”

What did you do before?

“I have worked at the SCI school since autumn 2017, where I started as a department administrator and head of department support at the Department of Applied Physics. In 2021 I became infrastructure and service manager at SCI. I was then responsible for premises, archives and registry, overall service at the school, management support and travel. SCI also has a number of campuses, so I am familiar with Campus Valhallavägen, AlbaNova and SciLifeLab.”

“Before starting at KTH, I worked in the private sector, with leadership coaching, statistical analysis, customer communication, individual coaching and project management. I see myself as a generalist which is something I am proud of.”

What will you work with at CBH?

“Right now, I work mainly as head of department support at Campus Valhallavägen, as management support for CBH's management team and support in various service issues. I am part of CBH's infrastructure group, and you can find me at Teknikringen 50, where I share an office with Daniel Tavast. During the spring, I will rotate out of my role at SCI, which means that my role at CBH may evolve.”

What kind of questions can be addressed to you?

“Before I have fully rotated out of my role at SCI, I refer to my colleagues at service@cbh.kth.se who help out and make sure I get involved if needed. Today, I am working with both the infrastructure and services group who have welcomed me in a fantastic way, just as the rest of my new colleagues at CBH have done. It is warming that the reception has been so wonderful!”

“My strength is that I have worked in many different areas during my time at KTH and I am looking forward to developing a role that can support the core business and operational support at the CBH school.”

What do you like to do when you are not working?

“I have my son every other week, so there are a lot of joint activities. We both enjoy having spontaneous discos in the apartment, swimming, watching Bluey (the best children's series there is) and sometimes we visit family down in Skåne.”

“On my child-free weeks, I usually catch up on various tv series, exercise, socialise with friends and just take it easy. Right now, I'm rewatching the series "West Wing" which I can really recommend.”
