This autumn, Ph.D. students and supervisors at CBH can take part in a workshop on how to create a positive working environment. Human Resources (HR) at CBH invites you to a thought-provoking workshop where theory is interspersed with discussion and video clips.

"We offer the interpersonal skills workshop to create a safe and positive working environment at CBH. There is always a need to prevent discrimination, conflict and bullying in the workplace," says Sara Leoni, HR Administrator.

"When we gain a better understanding of our own and others' work and life situations, we can find better ways of interacting with each other. This leads to more open communication and better cooperation."

The long-term goal is a better working environment, more effective cooperation and a sustainable working life.

"A safe workplace also contributes to employees wanting to give more to the workplace."

The workshop will be held twice in November, for Ph.D. students and their supervisors.

"If there is interest, we also offer the workshop to other working groups at CBH," says Sara.
