Organising an event can be difficult and sometimes time-consuming, but we at CBH Service are there to help.
CBH Service have extensive experience in project management of events of various sizes in government and the private sector. We can help you through all the steps methodically and ensure that your event falls within budget and according to your wishes. Planning is done step by step.
We help you as an organizer to go through all the steps methodically and ensure that your event falls within the set budget and according to your wishes.
The planning takes place in stages.
In the first step, we meet physically or via Zoom for an initial meeting well in advance of the event, to jointly lay the foundations such as date, purpose, desired venue and location.
In the next step, we take in all other wishes from you and create clear milestones that we connect to activities in the form of logistics, direct procurement, furniture, marketing materials, meals, IT, entertainment, decorations and group activities.
The list can be long, but it is the small details that make the event.
