Published Jun 05, 2018

We congratulate Professor Mark Smith who has been named EECS person of the year, with the motivation:

"Mark Smith receives the award for his innovative work with Mentorspace, located at KTH's campus in Kista. With his innovative teaching, he has encouraged many students, and when the school for the first time participates in Järvaveckan, it is obvious that he is also involved in inspiring the next generation of engineers."

The prize was established in 2018 and aims to draw attention to people who have made major efforts for the EECS school and/or strongly contributed to the visibility of our business.
The recipient receives a travel grant of 25,000 SEK.
